On October 17, 2022, a deranged 21-year-old man went on a stabbing rampage. At 5:35 am, he stabbed a woman to death off Atlantic Avenue in Long Beach, California. The butcher next stabbed a man at 6:25 am about 5 blocks away from the murder scene. Around 7:05 am, the murderer was 12 blocks further on the iconic Long Beach bike path, where stabbed a school teacher in the neck. The school teacher was out walking his dog on the beach before work. It was reported that the blade just missed his artery. A friend of a friend caught the stabbing in a photograph. It shows the deranged murderer holding the knife (presumedly the same one used in all attacks) above his head about to make a thrashing motion, the teacher running for his life, and holding his neck.
In total at least 4 people were victims of the unprovoked stabbing. In other countries, a random stabbing spree is considered a terrorist attack. Not in big city America anymore. Now as the actor Seth Rogan referred to property crimes in LA, the random unprovoked stabbings are just part of “urban living.”
At first, it was reported that the murderer was someone “experiencing homelessness.” But later reported with great pride in the Long Beach Post, that the murderer was not homeless. In fact, the murderer was just someone who suffered from schizophrenia, was off his medication, and lived with a girlfriend in an actual apartment. Little to no information about the woman murdered has been reported. The police have issued no meaningful information about the murderer. The Mayor of Long Beach has not issued any statements or condemned the unprovoked random acts of violence.
On October 28, 2022, McKenna Evans, 22 & her father, Ken Evans were working on a car they towed to a Kohls parking lot in Palmdale, CA. As they were working on their car a deranged homeless person on meth approached them. An argument ensued. The homeless man stabbed both father and daughter to death right there in that Kohl’s parking lot.
As reported on the news by grieving family members, McKenna was taking her state board to be an esthetician. Ken was going to move soon. McKenna’s fiancé planned to propose to her.
The motive of the man that murdered a daughter and a father in a Kohl’s parking lot appears to be mental health and most likely methamphetamine abuse. The only information about the suspect is that he “appears to be transient.”
All it takes is walking your dog to be killed in an unprovoked attack. It is not safe to go outside at any point in the day in Long Beach or Los Angeles without risk to your life, limb, and property. You either know that or find out the hard way.
On August 12, 2022, my family found out the hard way just how fast a homeless meth addict will attack unprovoked. It was a hot day on Alamitos Beach in homeless and methamphetamine-infested Downtown Long Beach. A day when it burns the bottoms of your feet to walk barefoot on the sand. It was the day that a no-good, deranged, homeless, meth addict, racist, tweaker, named Lauren Milewski punched my wife in the face, called her a beaner, and threatened to kill her, while in possession of a box cutter.
On that hot day, my wife took our 14-year-old poodle, Bijou down to the beach around 2 pm. Bijou pees and poops in the same spot as all the neighborhood dogs. While down on the beach, Bijou rushed to her pee spot and caught the attention of a tweaker, who I subsequently learned was, Lauren Milewski (“Lauren”).
My wife was disgusted by what she saw. Lauren was on her knees, digging two cups in the sand to place her exposed breasts. In the same spot where every neighborhood dog pees and poops.
Lauren’s face and entire body were caked in dirt. Her voice was slurred and her eyes rolled in the back of her head. Lauren’s base behavior you would expect to see at an insane asylum. In another age, Lauren would have been thought a demon from hell. All of her behavior screams methamphetamine abuse.
My wife is pure light. An angel to me. She was wearing a University of Michigan t-shirt that my mother got her for Christmas some years back. She told Lauren in a soft voice, “sorry about the dog she likes to pee and poop here.” Lauren was quick to take offense about Bijou, but it was the Michigan T-Shirt that really pissed her off.
Instantly, Lauren became agitated, delusional, and violent as meth causes abusers. Lauren unprovoked got up from digging her breasts cups in the dog piss sand and entered my wife’s personal space. Lauren proclaimed: “I’m from Detroit what do you know about Michigan, you f’ing beaner?” “Take that shirt off beaner!”
My wife told Lauren to calm down and back away. As this occurred, Lauren punched my wife in face with her fist. Cold cocked her across the check. No one was around to help. My wife started to see stars for a brief moment.
After being punched in the face, my wife said something spiritual came over her and stopped her from fighting back. Her human instinct to fight back at that moment was repelled. Instead, my wife backed up, screamed for help, created space, and called 911.
My wife started to scream in Spanish, her first language. This caused Lauren’s hate to boil out. Lauren continued to hurl more Hispanic racial slurs. “Take that shirt off beaner!” What do you know about Detroit, I’m from Detroit, beaner bitch!” Lauren also called my wife a middle eastern hate term. Lauren called her a sand-N word.
When my wife demanded to be left alone, Lauren said she had a knife and would kill her. Her exact words were “I have a knife and will kill you bitch!”
After the death threat, Lauren made a gesture to her backside. She had on no t-shirt, and her boobs were still completely exposed. The threat to my wife’s life has been one of the more traumatic parts of the incident. If she fought back against this evil meth demon, her life could be over. The spiritual power that held back her anger, adrenalin, and natural inclination to fight back is what we have really focused on since the assault and criminal threats.
As Lauren’s assault and death threat to my wife’s life occurred, I had just returned home from work. I had taken my shoes and socks off. I can still hear my wife screaming in distress, “Get away from me! The cops are coming! She just hit me in my face get down here to the beach now!” Click.
When I received the frantic call, I was barefoot, like in the movie Die Hard, when Bruce Willis takes his shoes off before the terrorists burst into the Christmas party. At the exact moment when only survival matters, I found myself barefoot. When you receive a frantic call like that you run into fire.
I rushed out barefoot, down 13 flights of stairs, and I arrived at the scene of the crime. I saw Lauren, a young skinny white woman with her breasts completely exposed (we agreed later actually quite nice given the circumstances). She was caked in dirt. She had no shoes (often meth addicts sell their shoes for meth and you see them barefoot). Lauren was flailing her arms and cursing racist remarks. She was starting to raise her arms and walk towards my wife like she was going to hit her.
Fate allowed me to descend those stairs and stop Lauren from further attack. No other explanation for the timing exists.
As Don Quixote often stated: “Forgive me for man’s first impulses are beyond his control.” Seeing my wife after she was punched in the face was an adrenaline rush. As I created distance between my wife and Lauren, I raised my voice “Stop you skinny tweaker bitch! You just hit my wife, you are not going anywhere until the cops get here!” Lauren responded, “F*ck you, I am from Detroit!”
I beamed up like Gandolf when he convinces Bilbo to leave the ring for Frodo, I gritted my teeth and firmly commanded: “I am from Flint town! You hit my wife in the face, you’re going to jail meth whore! You messed with the wrong people. Sit your skinny ass down and wait for the cops to get here! If you come near us again, I will knock your teeth through the back of your head!”
As I said these profane words, a Long Beach Police Officer arrived at the scene. Upon seeing the police, the wicked Lauren stood up and gathered her backpack. The meth wore off for a moment and her survival instincts kicked in. Lauren abandoned the holes she was digging for her tits and fled down the beach towards the direction that the school teacher was stabbed in the neck.
I was determined to prevent Lauren from getting away. I did not know about the box cutter. I followed Lauren, got in front of her, and blocked her movements until the officer could catch up. My feet were burning on the sand with each step. I took the pain.
The officer finally caught up and I backed away. The officer yelled “freeze, you are under arrest” and drew his taser gun or firearm out. For a moment, I felt this could be another suicide by a cop. Eventually, Lauren Milewski snapped out of her demonic meth trance, and got on her knees, with her nice tweaker breasts facing the ocean and bike path. After resisting for a moment, Lauren finally put her hands behind her back and was taken into custody.
I stood back to watch her be taken into custody. I grimaced in pain on the hot sand. I had to step on a homeless person’s shirt left on the beach. It was a crusted t-shirt but a reprieve from the burning sand. Standing there on a homeless person’s shirt, I felt like I was sitting on a public toilet at the beach. I was disgusted.
The police officer was very professional and empathetic. However, he had a sales pitch. The kind of sales pitch that someone without a legal background might unknowingly and unwittingly buy hook line and sinker.
The officer informed us that my wife could either press charges or have Lauren put on a 3-day psychiatric hold, a 51.50 hold. In California, when a person is a danger to themselves or others, they are placed on a 72-hour involuntary hold.
I felt like we were being sold car insurance at Enterprise Rental Car. The officer tried to persuade my wife to agree to the 51.50 hold. The officer stated that Lauren seemed like someone with mental health and that she could get the help she needed in a mental hospital for a few days. He explained how, we would have to go to court and it would be a long process if we pressed charges, blah blah, but if we did the 51.50 hold this would be the end of it and no charges would ever be filed or court.
I explained that I was a lawyer. That a 51.50 hold was a joke. That she would be back on the streets and doing meth in 48 hours if they deemed she wasn’t a danger to herself and others. I told the cop that this tweaker hit my wife, threatened her life, and we wanted her locked up before she kills someone. The officer said it was not my decision, but my wife’s choice.
Her eyes were filled with tears. Her emotions were twisted by the attack. I pulled her aside away from the cop and the body camera. I told my wife that we would not have someone else’s blood on our hands because the cops do not want to do their job. The punishment must fit the crime due to the personal nature of the circumstances.
While my wife and I were deliberating on whether or not to press charges, I explained to her that recently, I know a guy from a case that just died of a fentanyl overdose. On New Year’s Day 2019, he was under the influence of meth in Bellflower, CA (just outside Long Beach). He got into an argument with a liquor store clerk, who refused to sell him booze.
After being denied the sale of alcohol, this meth freak, got into his SUV, and ran it into a liquor store wall. Next, he casually got out of his SUV, grabbed a six-pack, and walked back to the meth house. He cracked a beer, went upstairs, and made superficial cuts to his arms.
The police found the meth house based on the blood trails from the crime scene. When the police arrived he said he wanted to kill himself. Those magic words triggered him out of the criminal justice system and into the mental health system. It pays better to pretend to be suicidal when the cops arrive. The police never filed criminal charges for him ramming his SUV into the liquor store wall. He beat the malicious destruction of private property, assault with a deadly weapon charge, driving under the influence, theft, and probably possession.
Three days later, this clever meth addict was back out doing drugs, being a menace, and requesting more custodial time with his son because in his word to the court later, his arrest was just one big misunderstanding.
Criminals are clever. They know how to play the criminal justice and mental health systems against each other. They are able to avoid criminal prosecution and never get the treatment needed. Left unreformed to harm another member of the community.
My wife being punched in the face and having her life threatened was a crime against the entire community. In most counties across America, the crime occurs not just to the victims, but the community as a whole. Even in pre-Floyd policing, the aim has transitioned away from punishing criminals and pushing them into a frail mental health system. It is becoming clear that the duty to protect the community in Southern California is almost forgotten like in San Francisco.
When the homeless attack, the victims must be made aware of their rights because the police want to avoid the paperwork. Victims are at risk of being bullied by the police to not file charges. If attacked by a homeless person you must insist on a citizen’s arrest. Otherwise, the meth addict will walk free to harm someone else. You either make a stand for your community or let someone else fall victim.
A few days after the incident, my wife was still a mess. She did not want to leave the apartment. In the midst of this shock, she received a subpoena with District Attorney George Gascon’s name at the top. The preliminary hearing was set on September 02, 2022 at the Long Beach Courthouse. On the subpoena was the case name People v. Lauren Milewski. Just like that I had the meth demon’s name and started to determine who attacked my wife, threatened her life, and called her a “beaner.”
I googled the name Lauren Milewski and found out that she is a serial racist offender. Back in 2018, Lauren was arrested in Berkley for harassment and attack of a multiracial group. Lauren went viral for assaulting females and telling a black man to “get out of Berkley.” If you google her name, it’s all over the place.
Lauren’s hateful “beaner” remarks were in conformity with her hateful words toward the African Americans in Berkeley. In the Berkley case, the man assaulted declined to press charges initially. The news coverage was that he now wished to change his mind and wished to press charges. Another victim that was sold snakeskin by the police or just unaware of how the system works?
The public policy shift allows open meth and drug use. The public policy allows addicts/criminals to occupy public places is the root cause of the random attacks on innocent people. The rise in crime can only be contributed to a lack of deterrence of bad acts. Criminals have no fear of retribution for their actions. They are clever like the tweaker that ran his SUV into the liquor store wall. Sometimes they are so high and twisted like Lauren that they have no idea what they are doing, their eyes are literally rolled in the backs of their heads. A growing number of them are so evil, lost, and cold-blooded that they will take your life for walking your dog.
At its current level, Los Angeles and my precious Long Beach may only be considered lost. The only thing that will drive out the homeless is if our weather turns into one giant Detroit winter, curfews are enacted, and every law on the books is enforced. No amount of homeless shelter space will ever protect the community from the homeless that now control it. No amount of social workers will ever break the stronghold that methamphetamine has claimed on the streets. This is a breakdown in a civilized society.
What is clear is that the police no longer control the streets and only react to violence with a soft stick. What is clear is that the government of Los Angeles does not care for those randomly attacked. No realistic plan to end the violence exists instead of filling budgets for homeless non-profits with billions of dollars.
If dogmatic belief and zeal for party politics have anything to do with it, the newly elected Mayors of Los Angeles and Long Beach will follow the same homeless strategy as their predecessors. Deny and subvert. Deny and subvert and bring in the funding. The government still thinks the homeless problem is all about treating people just down on their luck. Until everyone accepts that the homeless are a much more dangerous and darker force we are all in for more innocent butchered people.
The people that make up the community and fill it with love and money will not pay to come to a blood bath. Business owners and people are now resisting because it’s not safe to be outside your home. Remember Long Beach has seen a 62% increase in homeless since the Floyd looting and riots. When will politicians make that grim connection? When can we start treating the root causes of unprovoked and violent outbursts by meth addicts? Never. For now, those stuck in homeless-infested areas pray for rain and cold weather to clean the streets
Stayed tuned for When Homeless Attack Part Deux-The People v. Lauren Milewski. Where will observe how it goes down in court when a meth addict is actually prosecuted for her crimes in the Los Angeles Superior Court by George Gascon’s District Attorney Office.

On 11/15/22, a homeless man enters downtown Los Angeles Target, grabs a knife, and then threatens to kill 9-year old. Homeless man then stabs 9-year old boy in the back. Then stabs a woman in the chest. Next, an armed security guard at Target shot and killed the homeless man. While filming news story in downtown LA, a homeless woman urinated in public in front of the police and news camera crew. Police officers call for non-law enforcement to intervene and offer homeless people services. Witnesses express not feeling safe in downtown LA.

Lampitt is accused of approaching the first the victim, pulling a knife, and trying to rob him. The victim refused before Lampitt stabbed him and ran off. Sometime after, Lampitt encountered a man on a bicycle in Beach Parking Lot 5 South (2700 Barnard) and stabbed him multiple times for no apparent reason. The second victim was transported to a local hospital where both victims are recovering with non-life-threatening injuries.
